Any part purchased from Diesel Parts Direct can be returned within 30 days of invoice date. The part must be unused, in a resaleable condition and returned in its original packaging. If the part is free from fault or the incorrect part was ordered, customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as a handling charge of 20% per part.
Diesel Parts Direct only supplies genuine manufactured parts for your vehicle and carries a 12 months new parts warranty from the date of purchase. All parts remanufactured by Thomas Group Ltd carry a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase.
In the unlikely event of a failure, the part will need to be returned to Thomas Group Ltd for review. All warranties are subject to all parts being fitted in a professional manner with clean fuel. Thomas Group Ltd and Diesel Parts Direct are not liable for any return shipping costs incurred by the customer for unsuccessful claims.
Analysis of a returned part under warranty by the Thomas Group Ltd, may require further testing by the OE manufacturer directly. The ruling from any testing conducted by the OE manufacturer will be final.
